Group Strength Classes

Fun, supportive group workouts designed to build strength, improve mobility, and boost energy – suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

Rates:
• First class: Free
• 2 classes per week $15/class
• Drop in classes $17/class

Mini Group Training (2-4 people) 

A mixture between group classes and one-on-one training, small group sessions offer the best of both worlds – personalized attention with the added motivation and connection of a group. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, sessions can be tailored for beginners or more advanced participants.

Rates:
2 people: $50/person
3-4 people: $40/person

10-class pass (~15% off):
2 people: $425/person
3–4 people: $340/person

Strength for Seniors (55+)

Gentle but effective strength-based sessions tailored to support healthy aging, balance, and independence.

Previously led twice weekly classes at the Seniors Center in Sechelt and planning to start a new class in the Comox Valley in Fall 2025.

Personal Training (Online or In-Person)

One-on-one training customized to your goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, I’ll meet you where you’re at.
