Liz has been an incredible leader and a huge part of my health journey, and I’m so grateful for her. What she has built here is truly something special. She didn’t just lead workouts, she created a community. The way we’ve all connected and supported each other is something I’ve never experienced before, and it’s a testament to her leadership and care. While I have no doubt she’ll thrive in Comox, she’ll be deeply missed here in Sechelt. 💛
Liz has been an amazing and motivational instructor, patient with all my weirdness, and has helped through both good times and bad. She will be so missed.
I’m 71 yrs old with severe arthritis in both knees and never thought I could do an exercise class. A friend talked me into going to the “Senior Strength” class, I was welcomed and put at ease immediately by our instructor Liz. One of the most important things I like is not only does Liz tell us and show us the moves we are going to do but she also explains why we need to do these moves and how important it is to get strong. Liz talks, tells stories we listen, we learn and we laugh all while working out, her energy and enthusiasm inspires us and it’s all done with smiles and cheerfulness. I am stronger than I was when I first started and I now have confidence that I will get and stay stronger with the help I’ve received from Liz.
Liz has made an amazing impact on many lives, and she is so appreciated. Thank you, Liz.
Liz will be deeply missed in Sechelt, but we wish her and her family all the best on their new adventures. Thank you for all the classes, they have been so enjoyable and have helped in so many ways. Her welcoming spirit, both to adults and kids, has meant so much, and it’s been a gift to be part of her classes.
Thanks to Liz, I truly feel strong and fit and couldn’t have done it without her and her classes! I have thoroughly enjoyed her workouts and I’m going to miss her energy and passion! Thank you for helping me become stronger and for running the best bootcamp I’ve ever done. I wish her all the very best in Comox with her new classes.
Liz has made me strong again. I’m back to my old self because of her workouts. I was so weak I couldn’t even carry anything. I was so mad and frustrated when we lost our son and wasn’t prepared to feel “weak.” But because of her workouts, I look at myself today and I am so happy and proud. I had to start somewhere, and she was a safe place for me to begin again from scratch.
Thank you for her time, patience, and love in helping people be strong. I am sad as I write this, and I do cry. I am so sad to see her go. She will be truly missed -her energy, her vibe, and her care.
Love you, Liz. Thank you for being a friend and an awesome trainer.
