Hi! I’m so excited that you’re here.
My name is Liz, and I’m the owner of Always Be Strong. I just wanted to introduce myself and help kickstart your journey toward a stronger, healthier lifestyle.
A little bit about me: I’m a proud mom of four amazing boys and have a wonderful husband. My fitness journey began after my first son was born. I didn’t have time to get to the gym, so I started working out at 5:30 AM in my basement.
Quick story:
One afternoon, I was in the woods with my boys while they happily played. I started lifting rocks, stepping up onto logs, and doing push ups, just moving in nature. That’s when it hit me: why not help others like me learn how to build real-life strength, even outside the gym?
That spark became Always Be Strong, a space for people who may not love the gym, or just don’t know where to start, but want to live strong, healthy lives.
I got certified, started running bootcamps in Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast of B.C., and met and trained some incredible people along the way.
Life can get hectic – between work, kids, aging parents, hormones, and daily chores, I know how hard it can be to find time and energy for yourself. That’s why I created this space.
Here, you’ll find:

You don’t need a gym membership (unless you want one) – just a little time, consistency, and a willingness to show up for yourself. My mission is to show you that building strength doesn’t have to mean long, boring workouts or busy gym floors. It can be fun, empowering, and flexible.
