Group Strength Classes
Fun, supportive group workouts designed to build strength, improve mobility, and boost energy – suitable for all fitness levels and ages.
Rates:
• First class: Free
• 2 classes per week $15/class – signed up ahead of time
• 1 class per week $17/class – signed up ahead of time
•Drop in classes $18/class – not signed up ahead of time
• Punch card for 10 classes $170.00

*New Beginner Strength Classes starting on Friday February 6th, 2026 at 10:20 am to 11:10 am, at St. George’s United Church in Courtenay. Only 40 min long, learning how to lift weights and get stronger. Please contact me for more information.

Mini Group Training (2-4 people)
A mixture between group classes and one-on-one training, small group sessions offer the best of both worlds – personalized attention with the added motivation and connection of a group. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, sessions can be tailored for beginners or more advanced participants.
Rates:
2 people: $50/person
3-4 people: $40/person
10-class pass (~15% off):
2 people: $425/person
3–4 people: $340/person
